In the summer of 2017 I lost my father... my second parent. The feeling of separation was different from when I lost my mother in the winter of 2013. The loss of both left me with an emptiness that I had never experienced before. These songs were written over the next year as I settled into a life that would lean heavily on their memories and advice. Each of these contributions is laced with their love, wisdom, and faith. I'm stopping short in categorizing the music style as it really is secondary to the lyrical content. As always I trusted mightily on prayer in discerning how to create and then to record each track. The result is a diverse collection of songs that prayerfully harmonize into a loving remembrance of their life. Release date: May 20, 2022.
