The fifth track from the album. It was inspired by a brisk January sunrise, where somewhere less fortunate, folks were rising to a disparaging future. The human condition requires hope, it requires a sense of a better tomorrow, it requires a world of endless love.It requires the ability to dream!

Lyrics

There's a sunrise this morning
Somewhere over purple majesties
In a place where the town folk
Walk like shadowed sadducees
Though there's light on the horizon
There's only darkness in their hearts
'Cause this town's a tough day's work
There's little dreaming in these parts

Just a ways south of here
They're closing someone down
Fathers searching for the means
Mothers sing a somber sound
The children sleep without much peace
Dismay in their innocent hearts
While angel tears fall on their beds
There's little dreaming in these parts

There's little dreaming
Little dreaming in these parts
There's little dreaming
Little dreaming in these parts
There's little dreaming
Little dreaming in these hearts
There's little dreaming in these parts

Tomorrow brings it's truths to light
The goodness and the hardship
This road's a steep one in of late
A bitter pill and a pink-slip
But nowhere are we on our own
A common rhythm beats in our hearts
Pounding onward through the night
There's little dreaming in these parts
